Erik Warner has been in hotel operations for over 25 years. From his first job as a housekeeper at a four-diamond hotel in Wilmington, Delaware to his ownership of four different hotel management companies over the past ten years, including Arbus. Simultaneously with these investments, Erik is the co-founder of Eagle Point Hotel Partners, a value-add hotel real estate investment platform that has, over the last ten years, invested just under $700mm in the hospitality sector as well as the ILC, a leading independent hotel conference company. His focus going forward is sustainable hospitality, its principals reflected in his latest platform, Arbus Hospitality. In his past he was a principal and managing director of Ramsfield Hospitality Finance, a CarVal Investors (formerly Cargill Value Investment) backed hotel lending platform. As well as a with Jones Lang Lasalle Hotels at their NYC headquarters investment sales division and prior to that HVS International, also at their headquarters, in Mineola, NY. Erik graduated from Cornell University where he received a bachelors of science.

Stephen Chan was previously with HEI Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation’s fastest growing private hotel owner/operators, where he was directly involved in the acquisition, development and sale of over $2.0 billion of hotel real estate. Prior to HEI, Stephen was an asset manager of a $1.5 billion portfolio of full-service and luxury hotels at SCS Advisors on behalf of Walton Street Capital and JMB Realty. He started his career at HVS International at the San Francisco office and was one of the first associates to execute feasibility studies of hotel developments along the West Coast following the 1990s recession. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
Bailey Busscher is an Analyst at Eagle Point Hotel Partners. Prior to joining Eagle Point, she started her career as a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst at Ares Management where she was on the Real Estate Secondaries team. Bailey performed complex financial analysis and valuations for a variety of asset classes to determine the viability of particular funds for the purchase of LP interests or GP led transactions. Bailey graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University and received a Master of Management in Hospitality degree with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
